JSC “Plant ” Ekran” and the group’s Companies sell unclaimed material and technical resources (MTR). Unclaimed MTRS are indicated in the “List of unclaimed material and technical resources for implementation” (List).

Interested organizations, individual entrepreneurs and individuals can choose and purchase any of the unclaimed MTRS listed in the List. By agreement, a preliminary inspection of the MTR is possible.
Terms of sale: 100% prepayment, pickup.

In case of interest in purchasing any unclaimed MTR, at the reference price indicated in the List or at a lower price, the interested person sends his offer-offer.

JSC “Plant” Screen ” reserves the right:
– to make a decision on the acceptance of the received proposals without sending a repeated invitation to make an offer with improved price indicators (without rebidding / negotiations);
– accept the initially sent offer, if, upon repeated invitation to make an offer with improved price indicators, an offer with a deterioration in price indicators is provided;
– not to make a decision on acceptance of any of the received proposals; not to make a decision on the implementation of an incomplete volume of unclaimed MTRS proposed for sale.

The price and cost of unclaimed material and technical resources in the List are indicated for reference, to inform the market, and is not the final price/cost of implementing MTR.
Under no circumstances should this invitation to make offers be considered as a legally binding document, it is not an offer.
